Roni D. Jackson brings more than 33 years of legal experience in the wireless, real estate, and technology industries to Infra Towers, LLC. Prior to joining the company as General Counsel in April 2021, she served as the General Counsel of InSite Wireless Group, LLC from 2007 through that company’s December 2020 sale to American Tower Corporation (NYSE: AMT) for $3.5 Billion. Before joining InSite Wireless Group, Ms. Jackson served as outside counsel to Mountain Union Telecom, LLC, a wireless infrastructure company founded in 1999 by InSite’s principals that was sold to Crown Castle (NYSE: CCI) in 2006. Prior thereto, she served as Assistant General Counsel and Director of External Affairs for Cox Communications PCS, L.P. (d/b/a Sprint PCS) where she played an integral role in the company’s PCS system build-out, served as DIRECTV, Inc.’s Director of Legal Affairs during the company’s formative years, and, as a Director of the Legal Department of AirTouch Cellular (now Verizon Wireless), developed, implemented, and oversaw the company’s site procurement and leasing program in Southern California from 1989 through 1994. Ms. Jackson began her legal career as an associate attorney in the Real Estate Department of Rutan & Tucker, LLP, a leading Southern California law firm. Ms. Jackson holds a B.S. in Economics, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business, and a J.D. from the Law School of the University of Pennsylvania. She is admitted to the practice of law in California and New York and is registered as Corporate Counsel in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
